Re: Java Core Programming
March 26, 2008 by zainalactually kung gusto nyo sumobok nang Java graphics, there are available APIs for that. Meron kaming nagamit before for a Kiosk System, called SDL Java. I think it is available for downloads (open source), and you can use the framework to make your own animations. Madali nalang nag wrapping nang functionalities nya. You can make an object (they call it sprite) to move from one direction to another, and to fade in fade out and the like. Parang flash kung baga, pero it's java so madali syang integrate to other JEE components.

March 24, 2008 by zainal
A, B, E and F...
Pero A and B are not compatible, it means, only one can exist...
E and F are also not compatible so only one of the two c an exist in the code block... (method overloading)

pero kung may ni rereview akong code na gumagamit nang mga ganyan...
sasabonin ko... hehehehehe...
one thing i've learned from taking the SCJP exams is that, you should get rid of your "developer's instincts" first, be an academecian for a period of time... and learn to study by the book and not by your wisdom. then pagkatapos nun, pagnakapasa ka na, balik mo na yong Dev Instincts mo, and make good money out of becoming an SCJP...

What JavaSE topic you hate the most, or shall I say "waterloo"? If you ask me, it would definitely be "IO"...
Re: SCJP 5.0 Review
March 12, 2008 by zainalThis code is almost completely useless when you are doing Enterprise Development. First, you dont make confusing overloaded method parameters, and second, you always have Mr. JUnit test to help you out. Sometimes SCJP questions are stupid, they're just there to make our lives harder (and make our value better)

Re: SCJP 5.0 Review

Answer:
d
num
Why?
First, the value 10 is an int which superceeds double values, so it is also considered a double.
Second, the Number class is the abstract class of BigInteger, BigDecimal, Integer, Long, so instead of entering the Object obj overloaded method, it enters the Number num since Integer IS-A Number, and Number IS-A n Object
